New for the 2nd annual Asian Cultural Festival of San Diego is our raffle fundraising initiative. The winner will be selected and announced at the Festival. Thanks goes to our partner Southwest Airlines for providing our opportunity drawing Grand Prize!

The Prizes:

Here are the rules:
1) Promo vids must be at least 30 sec, but no longer than 1 min.
2) Must include the following elements:
- ACF logo
- The phrase "Asian Cultural Festival of San Diego presented by the NAAC" either as text or spoken
- Wells Fargo logo

3) Be as creative as possible and, most importantly, have fun!
4) You can submit more than one video.
After you have made your video upload it on to youtube and post it as a video response to this video. Last day to post a video is April 28th.
Judging:
1) Top 5 videos with the most "likes" will move on.
2) Eligible videos will be judged by the ACF committee based on:
- How well they stick to the rules.
- How creative the video is.
3) In the event of a tie the top two videos will be rejudged by 5 members of the committee. Each member will vote only for the video they deem best.
The winner will be announced at the Asian Cultural Festival on May 1st.
